Subject: [UFRESEARCH-L] New Sponsored Project Portfolio Report available in Enterprise Reporting

A new Project Portfolio report is now available through Enterprise Reporting! The report is available via Enterprise Reporting>Access Reporting>Sponsored Program Information>UFIRST Awards.

Project Portfolio Report with Dollars (Life to date)”  is a portfolio report of all projects for a specified college or department, award PI, project manager or sponsor. You can filter by AwardID in order to return all projects associated with a particular Award. The report includes Direct, Indirect, and total Sponsor Authorized dollar values for each project. This is available in Excel format.

More standardized reports will be released as they become available.

A quick how-to guide for Proposal and Award Reports is available online and attached to this email as well. http://hr.ufl.edu/learn-grow/just-in-time-training/myufl-toolkits/grants/

A full Data Dictionary is also available for assistance in understanding the data elements included in the raw data. http://hr.ufl.edu/learn-grow/just-in-time-training/myufl-toolkits/grants/
