I found the problem. When I submitted the cancellation (attached), it was supposed to be only for the Monday period. I didn’t realize the confirmation number applied to both the Monday time and the regular class time.

I remember that group coming in last night about a conflict. It shows on Virtual EMS and the room card that HPCC had G 316 from 4-8pm. When I pulled up your reservation from the semester grid, it showed that CLP 6529 was canceled. I’m trying to find out the reason for that, but I will see what available room we have.

There seemed to be a conflict this afternoon about G-316. On the Fall grid, I have that CLP 6529 is in there from 4-7, but the schedule on the door lists HPCC. I checked the Virtual EMS room scheduler and there’s nothing listed in 316 today at all. Could you clarify please?
