A major UFIRST enhancement will be released tonight. CAS exemptions will now be requested, routed and approved through UFIRST. An instruction guide to walk you through the process is attached. Note that with this change, CAS exemptions must be electronically approved by the Project Manager and UFIRST Unit Fiscal Authority (UFA) rather than the Project Manager, Chair and Dean. Further, when approved by the UFA, the exemptions will be routed to C&G leadership for review and approval.

Starting Monday, August 14, 2017, all CAS exemptions will be required to be routed through UFIRST.

If you have any questions about this update or suggestions for future enhancements, please contact us at: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
