Oklahoma State University is now hiring an Assistant Professor/Water Resource Engineer primarily focused on watershed modeling.
Brief position description:
The faculty member will be expected to develop a research program addressing priority water resource issues in Oklahoma and the region (60%). Teaching responsibilities (40%) include graduate and undergraduate
courses in Biosystems Engineering. Potential topics include Water Quality Engineering, Watershed Modeling, and Applied Water Resources Statistics. Specific teaching responsibilities
will be determined in collaboration with the department head and in alignment with the department's needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering,
the Oklahoma Water Resources Center, other departments in the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (DASNR), other units of the University and external partners.
