Hi Andre,

Indeed, RBGL::kCliques() is the only implementation I know of.

The RBGL package is no longer on CRAN, but it is on Bioconductor. The
last version on CRAN was, I think, 1.42 (released in 2014) and it is
broken as shown on SO you linked. RBGL is now part of Bioconductor
(https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__bioconductor.org_packages_release_bioc_html_RBGL.html&d=DwIFaQ&c=pZJPUDQ3SB9JplYbifm4nt2lEVG5pWx2KikqINpWlZM&r=uXI5O6HThk1ULkPyaT6h2Ws3RKNKSY__GQ4DuS9UHhs&m=QHS079hFod5ItlBOrcLD_5enLebPg5p6if4zLZgLkWw&s=cV8ZeERdH5VA-WiTlLeMI4X1qlocmVzBT2OBXmODUcg&e= ) and
there the version is 1.52. I did not check it, but perhaps it was
fixed since? Otherwise, as the current version of BGL itself is 1.65.1
I would need check if it has been fixed and prompt RBGL developers to
make an update...

Best,
Michal
