Dear all,

I will offer two courses on network analysis at the ECPR Winter School
in March 2018:

1. Introduction to Discourse Network Analysis (DNA) - 2-3 March 2018

2. Inferential Network Analysis - 5-9 March 2018

The first course introduces a combination of qualitative content
analysis and social network analysis using the software Discourse
Network Analyzer. More information:

The second course focuses on exponential random graph models (ERGM) and
also covers related statistical techniques for network data, such as the
(temporal) network autocorrelation model, the TERGM, relational event
models, and several other models. The course both contains theoretical
sessions and applied computer lab sessions using R. More information:

The ECPR Winter School is one of the two training opportunities offered
by the European Consortium for Political Research. It takes place in
Bamberg (Germany). Registration is open now. Attendants from ECPR member
institutions can get an early registration discount until 3 November.
