We are running a survey about attitudes to use of social media data for health tracking - see below. Please respond and/or share.

Thanks,

Should information from your social media channels be used to produce better and more timely health advice?

The University of Exeter has teamed up with Asthma UK, The Met Office and Public Health England to understand whether the kind of information people share on social media could and should be used to help improve health care, particularly in relation to Asthma, Hay Fever and other respiratory conditions.

Is this a good idea? Or does it make you feel uneasy? Either way, we need your opinions to shape this important research.

All entries are anonymous and completing the survey will only take around 4 minutes. You can access the survey here. The survey is hosted by Asthma UK but can be filled out by anyone whether or not you have Asthma or Hay Fever.

Thank you

Hywel Williams
