RE:

Wrapping Up Spring 2018 Conditional and Special Exception Admissions by Friday, December 15, 2017

If your program is running on the standard academic calendar with a Spring 2018 start date of January 8, and you still have Spring 2018 admission cases needing Graduate School final approval (due to grade point averages below 3.0, missing test scores, missing required prior degrees or below-minimum IELTS, MELAB, TOEFL or Verbal GRE scores), please do your best to forward them to the Graduate School via E-Referral before Friday, December 15, 2017, so there will be time to process them before winter break kicks in.

The Graduate School will not be able to process conditional and special admission cases while campus is shut down from December 23, 2017 through January 1, 2018.

If your admission cases are for an off-book program operating on a different calendar with a later start date, please identify that start date in the “Comments” section on the applicant’s E-Referral screen.

Please remember: No acceptance letter is to go out to any applicant until his/her E-Referral screen says “Admitted” under “Status.”

If you have any questions, please e-mail Office Manager Gregory Orloff at [log in to unmask].

Thanks much! May your fall semester wrap up smoothly!
