We’ve used SARS in our Tutorial Center, Math Center, and our Counseling Department for several years. I coordinate the Math Center, and we use SARS TRAK for tracking drop- in students’ usage only. It does the job. It’s not fancy. We don’t have much in the way of tech support from SARS.

Hello Ann,
We are also interested in this information. We recently attended a Trak demo and a SARS demo. It seemed to us that SARS would work better for a very large tutoring operation because of the ability to log in and manage tutors, advisors, and appointments. Trak also has that ability, but it was more intuitive with SARS. SARS also seemed to be more customizable. The one piece I liked more about Trak was the advisor dashboard with alerts module and LMS student record integration. However, I would be really interested in hearing the experience of others using each of these.
Thanks!

Subject: Tracking Usage Data
Dear Colleagues,
We have been using a homegrown system to track our tutor usage and to run reports, but we are looking at replacing it with a new system. Is anyone familiar with SARS Trak? Our college has recently purchased SARS, and I understand there is an add-on called SARS Trak. Right now I am looking at TutorTrac, but I was wondering about this other system. I appreciate any feedback.
Thanks!
Ann
