Passport
to Great Teaching
is a new certificate program, open to graduate students, from the UF Office of Faculty Development & Teaching Excellence (FDTE).
The program focuses on various aspects of teaching and learning, building skill sets that are useful to teaching assistants and future faculty, as well as bolstering overall professional development.
Participants build their own certificate program and earn “travel miles” by participating in workshops, conference, faculty learning communities, and more, receiving badges after “traveling” 400 “miles” in
specific categories and a certificate after “traveling” 1,000 “miles.”
