More Than Brains on Sticks: Staying Well in Graduate School

Featuring Dr. Stephani Jahn, Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC)

Graduate students experience many stressors that impact their mental health, but oftentimes discussion of student wellness overlooks factors unique to graduate school. Dr. Jahn of the UF CWC will offer an interactive presentation to address barriers to wellness, common mental health concerns in graduate school, and discussion of options to prevent and address these problems.
