Our school uses google calendar, It is easy to personalize and school
events are on a common calendar that can be uploaded. When students make
appointments in our office, they immediately are sent a google invite which
appears on their calendar. Our office has the attached calendars available
by semester. Both formats have their fans. The booklet is printed on heavy
paper and folds to the size of a file folder. The one page version
(developed by a science major) is great for shock value because it
emphasizes how quickly the semester goes. It is only a 5 day a week
calendar though.
