About the fellowship:

 

Learn to analyze and manage network data by working with one of the world’s largest inter-organizational datasets. 

 

WHAT: Network Science Fellowship (8-week paid summer program)

WHEN: June 3 – August 4 with network analysis workshop from August 6-8

WHERE: Remotely for Visible Network Labs

 

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

As a Network Science Fellow with Visible Network Labs, you’ll have the opportunity to work with one of the world’s largest inter-organizational datasets. The program starts with an introduction to network science, the PARTNER Tool, data management, and social network analysis. Over the course of the fellowship, you’ll attend web-based weekly meetings with the project team, all of whom will be working together to assemble the full PARTNER dataset. The program ends with a 3-day network analysis workshop in Denver, CO (August 6-8, 2018). By the end of the Network Science Fellowship program, you’ll understand network science concepts, be proficient with network data management, and be able to analyze the very network dataset you worked to create.
