The
UF Water Institute
is pleased to request nominations for
2
new
2018 UF Water Institute
Faculty Fellow awards. The awards,
initiated in 2013, recognize WI Affiliate
Faculty making outstanding contributions to interdisciplinary
water-related research, Extension or education programs, and who are active contributors to
the Water
Institute.
Water
Institute Faculty
Fellows receive a $2,000 annual salary supplement
for 3 years.
Candidates may be nominated by a
Water Institute Affiliate Faculty member or may self- nominate. The following documents must be submitted to

by May 31, 2018
to be considered for the award beginning in the
2018-2019 academic year:
×
An application letter from the candidate documenting previous contributions to interdisciplinary
water-related research, education, and Extension programs, and proposed contributions
to Water Institute programs during the 3-year Faculty Fellow term.

A letter of support from a Water Institute Affiliate Faculty member or the candidate’s Department Chair documenting the candidate’s standing in her/his
field.
×
The candidate’s curriculum vitae.

the award category to which you are submitting.
Faculty at the assistant professor rank, including equivalent non-tenure-track faculty, are eligible for the
Early Career Water Institute Faculty
Fellowship. Faculty
at the associate or full professor rank, including equivalent non-tenure-track faculty, are eligible for the
Distinguished Water Institute Faculty Fellowship.
