Enter Job Placement Data for Your PhD Graduates by October 20 to Prepare for

the Annual PhD Program Information Report and Online PhD Program Profiles

 

In coming weeks, we will pull the data necessary for the Annual PhD Program Information Report and the PhD Program Profiles.  It is extremely important that academic units enter the job placement data for their PhD graduates listed on the Job Placement section on GIMS (Graduate Information Management System).

Please log in to GIMS, and click on "Job Placement" on the left-hand menu. A list of last term's PhD graduates will be displayed. Click on an individual student UFID to enter their job placement information.

The primary focus of this request is information for graduates who have found jobs or accepted a post-doctoral position.  It is not necessary to provide data for graduates who have not yet found employment or are not seeking employment.  However, this is a good opportunity to update the information on graduates from prior semesters if you are aware of changes.

In order to get a list of your PhD graduates from previous terms, simply select the term from the pull-down menu at the top of the page.

Please be sure all placement data are complete and current by October 20, 2018.
