Good Morning Folks!
Here at BSU, in our academic coaching program, we are combatting the issue of students making appointments and then not showing up (something I know is not an unfamiliar concern). Our particular concern is with students who are perpetual “no-showers” or who cancel multiple times. I am working on crafting language around a no show/cancellation policy that our coaches can have stamped at the bottom of their email signatures, so that students are aware of, for lack of a better term, the consequences of missing appointments repeatedly.
In an effort to use the fantastic resources around me, I’m looking to see if any of you have any language you currently use that might be adaptable for our institution.
