Announcing Sponsored Programs Proposal/Award Reports in Enterprise Analytics!

 

The University of Florida has implemented a new Reporting and Analytics tool to meet the dashboarding, reporting and analytics needs of UF’s colleges, departments and units.  Enterprise Analytics introduces several key features that will enhance user’s ability to interact with Sponsored Programs Proposal/Award data. 

 

The current Sponsored Programs reports and packages in Enterprise Reporting will be turned off February 28th.  To assist users in the migration of their ‘My Folders’ Sponsored Programs Reports and Queries to the new Analytics application, two additional open labs will be held in Dodge Island on East Campus:                 

                Feb 5th 1:30 – 5:00 PM

                Feb 6th 1:30 – 5:00 PM

 

Other data currently available in Enterprise Analytics includes a variety of student-related reports and dashboards implemented as part of the COMPASS project.  Planning for the migration of Financial and Human Resources reporting is underway with an expected completion this year. Additional details will be made available through various communication channels as they are available.
