We are looking for a highly skilled individual to help new and prospective clients at colleges and universities with software implementation. Our software helps them with their center management needs and is primarily utilized for student visits and service utilization tracking.
In this position, you will open up a dialogue with academic leaders to enhance their ability to manage and report on center operations through the installation and use of Engineerica's software systems. You will help them implement AccuTrack, AccuSQL, Accudemia, or AccuCampus. Each of these software systems come with various features and settings you will learn and then teach to our customers. These software systems help automate manual processes, manage staff schedules and assigned services, as well as save money on costly operating systems/equipment, improve student experience, and put powerful and professional-looking reports at our clients' fingertips. The kinds of reporting data that is made available through our software helps clients make operational decisions and provides insight for college initiatives, institutional assessment and strategic planning. In addition, these systems help ease the burdens on both university staff and students by providing easy-to-use interfaces, sign in/out processes, online appointment scheduling, and ways to collect feedback about their experiences.
