Yes, the total unfortunately has to be counted manually. There is no easy way to import this into Excel.

The report generated a list of all available spots and appointments. Now, it did not give me total hours, so I guess that would just need be calculated manually? I attached the screen grab of one of our tutors weekly schedule.

Does anyone know how to run a report of the tutors' available times? If I run a Center Schedule report it gives me only the hours with students booked in them, but I would like to know the number of hours offered regardless of whether a student is booked or not.
