Your vital responses will be aggregated in alignment with institutional codes of ethics and used to proudly tell the ‘Gator Story’ for each graduating class in the following ways:

  • Program review and accreditation
  • University and departmental rankings
  • Economic forecasting at the state and national levels
  • Attracting top-talented students, faculty, and staff

Your identity will not be associated with any of the data during reporting nor will your individual responses be disclosed.

Instructions:

  1. Go to ONE.UF, access Action Items > Holds
  2. Click on the Graduation Survey link within the hold and follow the instructions

*The survey takes only 10-15 minutes to complete

As part of the graduation process, participation in the survey is required, and if not completed, your transcript will not be released. If you no longer plan to graduate this semester or if you have questions, please contact your college dean’s office if you are an undergraduate and graduate department coordinator if you are a graduate student.

Graduate Students: If you are a Graduate student and were asked by the UF Graduate School to complete the University of Chicago/NSF Survey, please be advised that it is different from the UF Graduation Survey which you are now being asked to complete through ONE.UF.
