Hello again everyone,
It appears that the link Teams provided only works for members of my organization. I will be working with IT here to see if there’s a workaround. In the meantime, I can add people using their individual email address. Please make sure to send any join requests directly to me ([log in to unmask]) so that we don’t clutter up the listserv.
As you’ve seen in our previous discussions on the listserv, there are a number of us offering online tutoring services or coordinating efforts through Microsoft Teams. For many of us, it’s our first time using this platform.
In order to facilitate the sharing of ideas and best practices, we have created a Team for learning assistance professionals who are also Teams users. Because the Team is hosted within my organization, we are unable to invite people as full members. However, you can join the Team as a guest! This will facilitate, at minimum, text-based chat conversations. We are also hoping to use it for video meetings and perhaps file sharing, depending on what the “guest” status permits.
To join the team as a guest, please follow the link below.
If you have difficulties with the link or questions about this Team, please contact me directly (off the listserv) at [log in to unmask].
