“Managing Stress and Anxiety as a Graduate Student”

Oral presentations can be especially challenging for graduate students that feel nervous or anxious when speaking in front of audiences, whether that be in class, at a conference, or with your thesis or dissertation committee. In this workshop you will learn techniques to manage and reduce public speaking anxiety.

To register, login to GIMS and follow the steps below. Register early to guarantee yourself a spot!

Registration Instructions:

  1. Login to GIMS using your GatorLink ID and Password:
  2. Once you login, on the top of the page click on the “Workshops” tab
  3. Under “Register” click the box and then “Submit”
  4. After you complete this process, you will receive an email confirmation
  5. 24 hours before the event you will be sent the Zoom link
