“Managing Stress and Anxiety as a Graduate Student”

Do you ever feel like others expect you to be the expert on something, but internally you feel like you have no idea what you are doing? Or when good things happen to you, you find yourself actively negating those experiences? Do you strive to be flawless in everything you do and have unrealistically high expectations for yourself? If any of these questions resonated with you, you are not alone!  Come join this interactive online workshop for an open and honest exploration and dialogue of how imposter syndrome and perfectionism impacts you.
