For “drop in” we have started using a Discord server. We still use Zoom and GoBoard for appointments, but Discord allows us to chat with the student and help assess what they need assistance with And get them to the correct tutor.

Hello! 

I know that Zoom can be a great option for online drop-in tutoring, but has anyone used any other platform that could support drop-in tutoring? We held our sessions through one-on-one online appointments this past semester, but I'm looking at how we can provide more of a drop-in center environment for the Fall.
