The ESADE Institute for Entrepreneurship is searching for a Research Assistant for a research project funded by a Horizon 2020 grant. A description of the project, titled “BLINDSPOT - Diversity and Performance: Networks of Cognition in Markets and Teams”, can be found here:

The ideal candidate holds (or is about to graduate in) a master in data analytics, computer science, economics, sociology or statistics (or related fields), and is interested in pursuing an academic career. The research assistant position will give the candidate the opportunity to work with a team of international scholars and develop the skills that are need to apply and undertake a PhD in social sciences. Coding skills (in R, Python, or Julia) are required.

The job position is based in ESADE (Sant Cugat Campus). This is a full‐time position for 1 year, starting in September 2020 (negotiable).

Responsibilities will include:

1) Data collection and analysis

2) Preparation of the deliverables and reports for the funded project
