The Career Connections Center (C3) provides Career Planning Appointments available for graduate students. A trained specialist from the C3 is available at the Graduate School to meet with students virtually on Zoom. Graduate students are welcome to have curricula vitae or industry résumés reviewed, discuss academic and non-academic job searches, hone networking skills, or receive personalized help with other career-related questions.

Resource Spotlight: Graduate Student Symposium

This year, BGSO and SACNAS have selected the theme “Solidarity, Innovation, and Renewal” for the event. The symposium will include oral and poster presentations from graduate students at the University of Florida, awards for the best presentations, a panel on issues relevant to innovation, renewal, and the job market during unprecedented times, and a keynote speaker.

 

The symposium will be held virtually Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Submissions for presentations and/or registration are due Monday, October 11, 2021.
