Alice Walker speaks the truth when she says, "In nature, nothing is perfect, and everything is perfect. Trees can be contorted, bent in weird ways, and they're still beautiful." Only pre-registered students may attend. 1pm-3pm Working on Wellness Reitz Union Amphitheater Join GatorWell for outdoor games and talk about wellness. For example, you will play giant Jenga and answer a question about an area of wellness-focused on stress, time management, or sleep. Students can also register to participate in mindfulness activities. GatorWell will repeat two strategies in case students can't join the first offerings. Participants will be invited to practice the strategy. Participants will have the opportunity to assess their current mobility and agility from home and receive feedback from fitness professionals.
