Join GatorWell for outdoor games and talk about wellness. For example, you will play giant Jenga and answer a question about an area of wellness-focused on stress, time management, or sleep.
Students can also register to participate in mindfulness activities. GatorWell will repeat two strategies in case students can’t join the first offerings.
