Call for Abstracts: November 2, 2021
The University of Florida’s
Black Graduate Student Organization (BGSO) and
Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS)
invite you to present your research, enhance your networking skills, and develop your scholarly identity at the
Fifth Annual Graduate Research Symposium! “Solidarity, Innovation, and Renewal”
is the theme of this year’s symposium. It will take place from
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on
Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in the
Grand Ballroom in
Reitz Union on the UF campus. It will include oral and poster presentations from UF graduate students, awards for best presentations, a panel
on issues relevant to innovation, renewal, and the job market during unprecedented times, and a keynote speaker. Master’s and PhD students from all disciplines are welcome to submit abstracts for this symposium. The deadline for abstracts is
Monday, October 11, 2021.
