Good morning, colleagues!
I'm working on advocating for pay raises for the tutors in our learning center. For some context, we're a rural community college in western New York. Right
now we have 3 tiers: peer tutors (minimum wage, $12.50), professional tutors with an associate degree ($12.75), and those with a bachelor's degree or higher ($14.25). If you also work at a technical or community college, are you willing to share your pay rates?
I think I remember there being a Google doc out there, but I did a quick search and didn't find anything.
Thank you!
Chelsea
