Hello Learning Assistants,

Our institution has asked us to develop a Request for Proposal for hiring an external company to provide tutoring services. I am sure many institutions investigated this with the current pandemic, so I am looking to this list serve community for the wealth of information gained over this past year. I am asking for any thoughts and suggestions available from the community.

  *   Pros/Cons of outsourcing
  *   Good/Bad experiences
  *   Suggested Firms to approach
  * What criteria to take into consideration
  * What scope of work and reporting to request/expect
  *   Modality options
  * Use of your own tutors, outside tutors, or both
  *   etc.

I am hopefully awaiting a flood of input. Thank you so much for any response.
