The load of Cost Sharing data from the Effort Certification system to Project Resource for the Spring 2021 effort term was completed on Wednesday, October 20^th, 2021.

 

If your sponsored award requires salary Committed Cost Sharing for the Spring 2021 time period, any effort reports that did not have a mandatory cost sharing commitment entered, will require documentation be completed by the department that includes the cost sharing form and the required support in order for it to be input manually.  This includes any increases or decreases of the cost share amount.  The documentation will need to be sent to Contracts & Grants and the form can be found at https://research.ufl.edu/cg/forms.html.

 

To avoid extra work for both yourselves and Contracts and Grants, please remember to verify that all cost sharing commitments have been entered for any staff that you need salary dollars to meet a required cost sharing commitment to an agency.
