Hey Michael,

Does your office have access to MS OneCloud?

I used to work on a campus that did not have Google Suite and we used Microsoft products. We used MS SharePoint which could essentially operate as a Google Drive. It's a little more complicated than a traditional Google Drive or Google Teams but I watched a couple of tutorials and I was able to get it to work.

If that helps, I'll try to find the YouTube tutorials I watched. Let me know!

Hello colleagues,

After a fruitless Google search, I am turning to the creative individuals we’re lucky to have in this field. Since we do not use Google Drive, is there a way for Advisors to work collaboratively in a live document that continues to update as instructors submit academic alerts through Microsoft Forms? Currently, I can download the responses into an Excel document, but the file does not update with new form submissions.

Any help is appreciated!
