         I like this notion--of headings starting with subject area,
    followed by few words of topic.  One could then pick and choose for
    reading time.

         I prefer keeping the mishmash of areas relating to learning
    assistance as one listserv.  As Director of a center with diverse
    services and programs, I appreciate comments from all areas.  I can
    then forward those of a particular venue to specific staff members.
