Thank you SUE KNIGHT for the e-mail attachment containing the tutor training handbook. I think there might have been a glitch in "translating" it from binary format. Our computer center ran it through a translation program and I was surprised to find that it is a one-page document. Is this correct, or should there have been more pages? Thanks for your help!
