Hi All,

    In the program I coordinate, students who no show once are reminded that
tutoring is a privilege not a right.  If there is a second no show there
privilege is terminated for the semester.  I also deal with two or more
cancellations by talking to the student and request that they change their
time or wait until their life is a bit more organized.  Of course it all
depends on the circumstances for missing (no shows and cancellations) the
session.
