   Web to Enhance Learning," a live, interactive seminar available to you in
   a video streaming format over the Internet. This program, produced by
   Florida Community College at Jacksonville in cooperation with The Center
   for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning, is also being delivered via
   satellite to hundreds of downlink sites nationwide, and for the first
time
   ever it will be netcast around the globe. This PBS Adult Learning Service
   seminar will feature world-class experts in the use of the Internet for
   education such as:

   Dr. Betty Collis, Professor, Educational Science & Technology at the
   University of Twente, The Netherlands;
   Dr. Chuck Schneebeck, Director, Center for Distributed Learning, The
   California State University;
   Dr. Barbara C. Howard, Assistant Division Chair, Management, Marketing,
   Real Estate & Finance, Northern Virginia Community College.

   It's time to take the next step in online learning and instruction. This
   program provides faculty and administrators with a forum for expanding
the
   use of Web-based instruction to reach students and increase learning.

   * Meet the needs of distant or isolated students
   * Work with students who do not have extensive technology experience
   * Solve practical and logistical challenges involved in distance learning
