Work Schedule (during >the academic year): Monday through Thursday, 12:00 noon to 8:30 p.m. >and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Hours during the summer are 8:00 >a.m. - 4:30 p.m. >Duties: Under the general supervision, the incumbent will perform >moderately complex professional student services work. The incumbent >will coordinate the tutorial program, generate reports on the use of >services and participate in the departmental evaluations. The >incumbent will perform special projects as assigned by the director >and the dean. Qualifications: Applicants must have the equivalent to >graduation from a four-year college or university. Applicants must >have the equivalent to two years of professional experience in one >of the student services program areas or in a related field. >Applicants must possess well developed oral and written >communication skills. Applicants must have a general knowledge of >the policies, procedures and practices of tutorial programs. The >ability to quickly learn new tasks is required, along with the >ability to analyze data. Experience working with tutorial programs >is desired along with experience conducting student skills, and/or >personal growth workshops (e.g., note-taking, time management, >etc.).
